  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–18 business days
  • Europe: 8–18 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs 

processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
